The Gold Canyon Arts Council promotes the performing arts, visual arts, and other related activities in the Gold Canyon Community. The Council presents "Canyon Sounds", other public performances and events, and sponsors artists in local schools in an educational residency program. Acting as the artistic hub of the community and working as partners with neighboring communities, the council envisions the arts as an integral part of the Gold Canyon experience. The Council is a non-profit organization with membership open to anyone with a desire to make the arts easily available to those who live in the far East Valley.
