Alcoholics Anonymous Press Release for Gold Canyon & Apache Junction

 If you or someone you love has a problem with drinking, Alcoholics Anonymous may be for you.  You can find meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous all over the valley and all states.  AA is international as well. 

You do not have to be an alcoholic to attend Alcoholics Anonymous.  If alcohol is affecting you life, we invite you to attend some of our meetings.  There are four weekly AA meetings in Gold Canyon, ten a week in Apache Junction.  You can find an AA meeting wherever you are, however. 

For spouses of alcoholics, there are meetings of Alanon.  For teenagers, there are meeting of Alateen in other areas.

In general there are two types of meetings: those open to anyone interested in learning more about Alcoholism, and closed – those for alcoholics only.  You can learn where meetings are held by calling the East Valley Office at: 480-834-9033or visiting web sites at: www.aamesaaz.org.  All phone calls and contacts are strictly confidential
